Account and Data Deletion

Panorama Tours allows users to delete their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, please send an email to:

panorama.tours.app@gmail.com

Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request

Please include:

• The email address associated with your account
• Whether you signed up using email/password or Google Sign-In

Data that will be deleted

• User account
• Email address
• Authentication identifiers
• App usage data associated with the account

Data retention

Certain data may be retained for legal, security, or compliance purposes for up to 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

Diagnostic and crash data collected via third-party services may be retained in anonymized form in accordance with their retention policies.
